The EGO | Level System
The primary goals of our Salon Level System within Ego Salon and Spa is to provide a career path of growth. Guests may choose the stylist/level that compliments their requests from skill set to education, and budget. All stylists, regardless of prior experience, attend the Ego Salon and Spa Training Program prior to working hands-on with our guests. Ego Salon and Spa certifies the stylists in our Principle-Based Design (hair cutting techniques, hair coloring, and styling) and product knowledge to ensure they can offer the highest level of service and experience. This program guarantees quality control within our organization as we pride ourselves on our advanced education and believe this is what sets us apart from others in the beauty industry. Our menus display a “Starting At” price for services, as our team of designers is classified by availability, education, and demand. You may schedule an appointment for a complimentary consultation (select stylists) to get an exact cost and we will take a deposit for your future appointment. Based on availability, education, and demand we offer different levels for you to choose from. Cancellation Policy
First, we want to thank our guests. Without your support, we would not be able to confidently stand behind our policy. We feel strongly that the guests who visit us repeatedly, respect us as professionals and we’re grateful because this is the regard at which we hold ourselves. It’s always the case that a few can ruin it for everyone. This is also why we do not accept personal checks for payment. A valid credit card or cash is required to hold any appointment an hour or more with a 50% deposit. In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, please be sure to give us a minimum of 48 hour notice. This allows other guests to book an appointment during this time slot. Cancellation notices must be given 2 weeks before bridal packages, and hair extension services. If availability exists we will try our best to accommodate late appointments. We thank you for understanding and your cooperation in following our cancellation policy.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Ego Salon & Spa strives to accommodate all clients with the best service possible. Our staff is continuously educated with state of the art techniques. If you are unhappy with the services that were provided to you by a staff member, you have one week to come back with the same lash artist, hair stylist, colorist, spray tan artist to make any adjustments for you. All services are non-refundable!
Our Policy Protects Our Stylists
Did you know that in our industry, most stylists earn their income by commission? This means they do not make a salary, they do not get paid hourly. They earn their living by taking care of the guests in their chair. If a guest doesn’t show up for their appointment or cancels with no little time, this does not leave the opportunity for the stylists to book another appointment. Our prices do not include gratuities. Gratuities generally range from 15%-20% of the service and cannot be charged on a credit, debit or gift card.
Deposits
50% deposits of a service is required for every appointment 1 hour or longer, these are semi transferable if given 1 week or 7 business days advanced notice, but are non-refundable. Our policy states that you have 48 hours to cancel your appointment & reschedule for up to 7 business days from original appointment or deposited is forfeited. We are taking 50% deposits for lashes, hair extensions, full highlight/ balayage which are also non-refundable but you have up to 7 days to reschedule.
Products
Due to COVID-19 all products are non-refundable/ non-exchangble once opened and the seal is broken. If unopened, you have 24 hours to make an exchange for products of equal or lesser value.

Please be aware that we are not responsible for lost or damaged goods. We will provide smocks & closet for personal items to be left in.
